1. Kaguya Otsutsuki: She is the ultimate antagonist in Naruto and is known as the creator god of the ninja world. Originally from a distant alien world, she comes to Earth to harvest the sacred tree's fruits. After consuming the fruit, she transforms into the embodiment of the sacred tree and gains the Nine Magatama's Samsara Sharingan on her forehead. Eventually, she is defeated and sealed away.
2. Uchiha Madara: Madara is the reincarnation of Otsutsuki Indra, the son of the Six Paths Sage, and possesses the Uchiha clan's bloodline. After being revived, he awakens the Rinnegan and absorbs the Ten-Tails.
3. Uchiha Sasuke: After acquiring the power of the Six Paths, Sasuke unlocks the Six Magatama Reincarnation Sharingan. Unlike Kaguya and Madara, Sasuke's Rinne Sharingan doesn't receive the Ten-Tails' power. However, he can tap into the Ten-Tails' power and open a portal to another world.
4. Ten-Tails: The Ten-Tails results from the fusion between Kaguya and the sacred tree, serving as the origin of all chakra in the ninja world. It awakens after absorbing the chakra of the nine-tailed beasts and evolves into the complete body of the Ten-Tails, known as the Sacred Tree. The Ten-Tails possesses a Nine-Magatama Reincarnation Sharingan eye.
